As the owner and founder of NDmedic, I take pride in taking part in your journey to wellness. 

I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and a registered member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). During my undergraduate years, I completed an Honours Double Major Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science & Psychology; I then completed my Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Studies and later became a Naturopathic Doctor. Currently, I see patients regularly, and I am a coauthor of Naturopathic Currents Online Magazine. 

My work is to take your health and life to a whole new level. We will work closely to get you to feel better, both emotionally and physically. Your mental wellbeing plays a significant role in your physical symptoms and the overall quality of your life. For this reason, we will focus on both to get you to feel your best. I will be there for you on every single step of this transformation. 

I love the relational aspect of naturopathic medicine. My greatest reward is getting to know my patients, gaining their trust through continuity of care, and then having the privilege of seeing the results as they start to experience differences in their lives. It’s a great pleasure to help patients make sense of their complaints and figure out what might be happening. I find having a chance to prevent, detect, or intervene upon illness before long-term complications develop very fulfilling. I have a great appreciation for a functional and individualized approach to care when treating my patients.

Since everybody’s genetic makeup is different, our responses to disease and treatment are different as well. For this reason, I believe in spending time with my patients to come up with the best-individualized treatment plan.

Depending on your location, your extended health care insurances would most likely cover the costs of your visit. NDMedic mainly works on a virtual visit based system. I can work with you internationally, regardless of your location. Currently, also I offer home visits in Toronto and the surrounding areas.
