PainManagement

As a part of our pain management protocol, we will use supplements and make dietary recommendations. Curcumin (the main ingredient of turmeric), for instance, acts as a potent anti-inflammatory agent. It helps with the pain of arthritis. It can be added to the diet or used as a supplement to help with the pain. Before I provide any recommendation, I will take a full intake to ensure that each supplement will be safe and effective for you. Simple use of curcumin in higher doses than needed, for instance, might lead to internal digestive bleeding in some patients.

Natural soltions fo ryour chronic pain

Aside from using food and supplements as medicine for your pain, acupuncture is especially useful in reducing/relieving pain. It also improves the function of the affected areas.  Studies have shown that acupuncture affects the pain mechanism in the body by changing the way the body translates and accepts the pain. Other studies show that acupuncture can increase the release of hormones and neurotransmitters (such as Endorphin). Endorphin a natural analgesic found in the body that alleviates pain. Acupuncture is commonly used to help with knee pain, back pain, tendinitis, frozen shoulder, and sports injuries. It has also proven to be helpful in cases of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, headaches, and migraines.
